SubGalaxy — Data deletion
How to ask Vibentia Media to delete data that our SubGalaxy application holds about you.
1. What we hold
Only what you sent to our own accounts: comments on our posts and messages to our Instagram or Facebook account (your public username, account ID, text and time), and messages you wrote in our YouTube live chat. We do not hold passwords, contacts or any data from your own account.
2. Automatic deletion
Everything is deleted automatically after at most 30 days. You do not need to do anything for this.
3. Delete it now
Send a message with the words “delete my data” to @subgalaxylive on Instagram, or an email to info@vibentiamedia.com with your username. We delete everything related to you within 7 days and confirm it in the same channel. You can also simply delete your own comments and messages on Instagram or Facebook at any time.
